Shipping Information
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of completed payment, custom pieces and items that are out of stock will be made to order and shipped within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Delivery confirmation is included with all domestic packages.
Domestic Shipping — Free on orders over $100. $3.95 flat rate for everything else.
International Shipping — $15 flat rate.
Your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. Please be aware that although we do pay to ship the item to you, as the seller we not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not totally happy, we will gladly accept returns within 10 days of item delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, including tracking. We are happy to offer exchanges, refunds or store credit for the value of your purchase within that time frame.
The jewelry must be unworn and in original packaging to be accepted for a full refund.
Where possible, we will repair items that are broken due to normal wear and tear. There may be a fee depending on the degree of repair, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
General Policies
Please be aware that because each piece is unique, differences will occur from piece to piece. Stones will also vary in color depending on availability, but we strive to use the best quality natural stones in our designs.
To care for your jewelry, you can use a polishing cloth periodically to return the metal to its original luster. To keep your jewelry in its best condition, avoid getting it wet and put perfume or oils on first before you put your jewelry on.
